Current News

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,

I praise God for your continual faith to pray for us and join us in the work that our Lord has sent us to. I pray you are blessed to know you are an active part of this ministry. I pray that you and your family are blessed this Easter as we observe the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord. In reality this is the gospel that we observe everyday of our Christian lives.  I Corinthians 15:1-12

v1-2 Communication of the gospel- the gospel was preached.

v3-4 Content of the gospel- the gospel is Christ’s death, burial and resurrection.

v5-8 Confirmation of the gospel- confirmation through the scriptures.

The scriptures of the Old Testament prophesied of His virgin birth, sinless life, sacrificial death and resurrection. Confirmation of the sightings in verse 5, note Paul only gives reference to men because in a Jewish or Roman court a woman’s testimony was irrelevant, but the gospel reveals the resurrected Christ appeared first to a woman, Mary to prove their importance. The resurrection is confirmed by the mourning women first, then the murmuring disciples followed by the multitude of 500. Paul confirms that some of those who witnessed the resurrection were still alive. He told them to “go ask them yourselves”. In verse 7 Jesus’ maternal brothers confirm the resurrection. James and Jude, the half-brother did not believe He was the Christ until they witnessed the resurrection. If the resurrected Jesus was being portrayed by an imposter as some have claimed His own brothers, who were doubting would have revealed it. But their confirmation of the resurrection resulted in their salvation. Even Paul in verse 8 said “He appeared to me” a wicked man that I was and am, the gospel of the Lord, Jesus Christ which is His death Burial an resurrection changed my life, verse 12 “Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?”  As believers we observe the resurrection every day of our lives because His life is our life.

 Hallelujah! He is Risen!

Malawi:  The children at Rainbow are all doing well. We are so proud of how they continue to excel in their academic studies. We are also teaching them practical skills such as sewing, farming, secretarial duties and some are even helping in the medical clinic. The true blessing is seeing them maturing spiritually. Each year as the older children attend boarding school we rely on the younger children as interpreters with the teams in the villages ministering the gospel. I am always amazed at their spiritual maturity and how God uses them for His Glory.

Last year we began BUSH Bible training in three new areas. In one of those areas God has already breathed life into many new believers and a church has been planted. In another area the people of the village allowed the new believers to meet in their house but people that are opposed to the gospel coming into the village destroyed the house in an attempt to discourage us. We will be purchasing three parcels of land so that the believers may build for themselves a place to meet and worship God. We will be taking a team of 15 members in June for VBS and church planting. Please pray for the team as we make preparations for this team.

Thank you for your prayers and partnership with us and I pray that you have a wonderful experience this Easter. Remember we rejoice every day because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

This is just a small report of what is God is doing, there is much more. We are thankful to the Lord for keeping our calendar full; this year I will do over  40 revivals and meetings all over the states. As well as conferences and mission work in multiple countries.  Follow this link to see the ministry calendar :
“And this is the confidence that we have in Him, if we ask
anything according to His will, He heareth us.
And if we know that He hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have
the petitions that we desired of Him.” I John 5:14-15
